Fuel is an optimistic rollup on Ethereum built around the FuelVM — a custom virtual machine with a UTXO-based design, parallel transaction execution, and state minimization. - UTXO-based FuelVM means different wallet/dev UX vs standard EVM — learning curve is real.
Ozero's take
analysisFuel has genuinely interesting tech — the UTXO-parallel VM is one of the few real architectural departures among L2s. But tech has not translated to staying power in this cycle, and the airdrop window is shut. If phase-2 points are still live it is a cheap lottery ticket; otherwise this is a hold-and-watch name, not a farm.
