Eclipse is the first Ethereum Layer-2 to run the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) for execution. It combines Solana-style parallel transaction processing with Ethereum for settlement, Celestia for data availability, and RISC Zero for proving — aiming for Solana-level throughput inside Ethereum's liquidity ecosystem.
